I am thrilled with this TV it is everything that Samsung says it is. However no product registration card was in the box and the user manual came on a USB flash drive that I used in my PC but was unable to open the files sine it was a flash format and no web browser could open the files. Maybe you need to plug in the USB drive into the TV. Anyway since I was wall mounting the TV I had to go to the Samsung website and download the user manual as a PDF to determine the correct size for the screws to mount the TV to the wall mount. Since it is a wall mounted TV the sound is great and no need for any sound bar. The picture is very bright and can be used in direct sunlight if needed. I played a DVD using SONY BDP-S360 and playback was stunning with the HDMI cable. This TV beats any Sony LCD TV on the market. The dispay is fast enough and no artifacts are noticed on a fast pan scene. Ordered through Amazon and not with any other so the delivery was great and the carrier called to schedule a time
for delivery. Very satisfied with the Samsung.
